Help Desk Services :
SEAL provides a help desk service to assist institutions with problems they may encounter connecting to and working on the systems at the System i Connection center.

How it works:
When you encounter a problem on the system you are encouraged to make a request to the Help Desk as soon as possible so that we may act on any issues you may be experiencing.
By making your request you will receive an automated response confirming that your request has been received. The confirmation email will contain your request ID ticket number as well as the direct link to the Help Desk Site and your User ID and Password for you to log onto the Service Desk and track your request.
*Note: On requests please be sure to also provide a user ID and the institution name in the initial email.

When can I expect my problem to be fixed?
Most issues can be resolved quickly but occasionally because of the complexity of the Connection Center's systems configurations some requests may take longer to resolve.
If you are experiencing a problem that is urgent due to class schedules please contact us directly at (480) 284-7336 and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly so as not to cause an interruption in your classes.
